Changment management

I have had several accidents. Four to exact. And all of these I have had hurt unless of the las one that i had to stay 24 hrs in hospital. The last one I have think that if I did not die is because I have to make a lot of things yet. Then of each accident I try to make the better the things and also I hep and support people if they have problems I give them a advice.

So, each crash that I have I change my live for better.
